Yes. Based in Nairobi, open to remote across Africa, EU, and global teams. Proven async delivery with EU stakeholders (e.g. VFAW, Paris HQ). On-site is possible when scope and location warrant it.
Mark can run the program and stay honest about architecture, releases, and integrations — having shipped at telco/media scale (Safaricom Baze, 100k+ DAU VOD, ~90% downtime reduction on a media stack). You get delivery ownership with technical judgment, not status meetings alone.
Initial conversation → fit check → signed agreement (employment contract, contractor agreement, or SOW) with scope, fees, confidentiality, and IP defined. Nothing on this website or in email creates a binding contract until that paperwork is signed.
